Black Beauty Ranch is envisioned as a new destination built around horses, landscape, hospitality and experience bringing the character of a Western ranch into the natural setting of Cyprus.

At the crossroads of Europe, Africa and the Middle East, Cyprus combines a warm Mediterranean climate, dramatic natural landscapes and a strong tradition of outdoor living, creating the setting for a destination unlike anything else on the island.
EVERY RANCH STARTS WITH THE LAND.
Before designing Black Beauty Ranch, we searched for the environment capable of supporting the vision.
Locations across Cyprus were assessed based on their landscape, scale, accessibility, surrounding character, development potential and ability to accommodate both equestrian facilities and a destination experience.
The search gradually led us to the hills of Limassol.
THE SEARCH LED TO PACHNA.
Set within the rural landscape of Limassol District, Pachna offered the combination we were looking for: open land, natural terrain, a strong countryside identity and enough distance from the urban environment to allow Black Beauty Ranch to feel like a true destination.
From here, the search became more precise.
FROM A REGION TO A SINGLE PIECE OF LAND.
Available land across the wider area was analysed and compared.
Scale, shape, terrain, accessibility, planning context and the amount of practically usable land were considered before narrowing the search to the site with the strongest overall potential for the project.
